The data is what the store publishes; position and days are approximate, and a good position or many days are hints and don't guarantee sales. Some stores don’t let their catalogue be read: those can’t be done and don’t count towards your limit. Rumbo Pro and Ultra aren’t on sale yet.

What is Rumbo?
An all-in-one software that brings together your ads, your store, your accounts, your subscriptions and your tasks, and tells you your real profit.
Who is it for?
For anyone running an online store, whatever they sell, who wants to know how the business is doing without fighting spreadsheets.
What language is the software in?
Today the software is in Spanish. English is coming soon, then more languages. The website is already in several languages.
Can I run several businesses?
With Rumbo Ultra, yes (once it’s out): each business has its own data and you choose which one to open when you start Rumbo. Rumbo Basic and Pro include one business.
Price and payment
How much is it?
Rumbo Basic costs €49/mo · €539/yr, tax included. When you subscribe, we add 14 extra days on us. The installer will be free and is out very soon.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. When Rumbo launches, you’ll get 5 days of the full Rumbo Basic, no card needed (for now). If you don’t subscribe when it ends, nothing gets deleted: your data stays and you can download it.
What are the 14 extra days?
When what you've paid for ends, Rumbo keeps working for 14 more days. Once it’s out, you’ll get 5 days of the full Rumbo Basic before paying, no card needed, and a sample store to look at.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your customer portal: the link is in your purchase email. You keep using Rumbo until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I lose my data if I stop paying?
No. Your data is yours: Rumbo deletes nothing and you can make a full copy whenever you like. We’re building a read-only mode: if you stop paying, you’ll still be able to see everything and download your numbers as PDF and Excel.
Can I change plans?
Once Rumbo Pro and Rumbo Ultra are on sale, yes. If you upgrade, the new plan switches on straight away and you’ll pay only the difference between the two plans for the days left until your next billing date. Your billing date doesn’t change, and from then on you pay the new plan’s price. Example: you’re 5 days into a 30-day month on Rumbo Basic (€49/mo) and move to Rumbo Pro (€99/mo): you pay the difference for the 25 days left and, on your usual date, the Pro price. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and pay the new plan’s price from the next renewal; what you’ve paid isn’t refunded. To switch from monthly to yearly, email support@heyrumbo.com and we’ll tell you the exact amount before the change. All prices include VAT (except EU businesses with a VAT number). You’ll be able to do it from Rumbo or from your customer portal.
Who charges me?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who charges you and sends the invoice. Their name may appear on your statement.
How do I get my key?
By email, right after you pay. Paste it into Rumbo and you're set.
On how many computers can I use Rumbo?
On 2 at the same time with the same licence. If you change computers, deactivate it in Settings and activate it on the new one.
Your data
Where is my data stored?
Today it's stored on your computer, inside Rumbo. Make a backup before switching computers.
Are the figures in the screenshots real?
No. They’re sample data from a made-up store. Rumbo helps you get organised; it doesn’t promise results.
Does Rumbo do my taxes?
No. It helps you get organised, but it doesn't file taxes or replace your accountant.

No. You export your reports and import them into Rumbo. You never give us access to your accounts.
Does it work on a Mac?
Not yet. Today Rumbo is Windows only. A Mac version is on our roadmap, with no date yet: join the list and you’ll be the first to know. Rumbo is made for computers.
Why does Windows warn me when I install it?
Rumbo is new and Windows is wary of strangers. You may see "Windows protected your PC": click "More info" and then "Run anyway". The download page shows you step by step.
